Adults - Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with 250 mL water, or as directed by your health professional.

Each capsule contains:
Crocus sativus (Saffron) (Affron®) - ext. dry conc. 15 mg, from stigma dry 45 mg;
Salvia officinalis (Sage) (Sibelius® Sage) - ext. dry conc. 167 mg, from leaf dry 1.25 g equiv. Thujone 170 micrograms;
Schisandra chinensis (Magnolia vine) ext. dry conc. 220 mg, from fruit dry 5.5 g;
Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 414.8 equiv. Levomefolic acid 230 micrograms.
Adira Peri is made using vegetarian hard capsules which are gluten-free, preservative-free and non-GMO Project verified.

I have been putting up with premenopause for 8yrs and now menopause for the last 4 the sweating has been dreadful 😫 I couldn't touch my partner while we were in bed cause of that body heat. But no more partner today. I have been looking for something for a long time that does a number of things, not just one thing.
