INDICATIONS

Sage and Schisandra helps to relieve hot flushes and night sweats associated with menopause.

Saffron helps to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety, support healthy mood balance and enhance sleep quality.

Sage supports mental focus and is traditionally used in Western herbal medicines to promote short term memory.

Quatrefolic® (active form of folate) helps enhances general health and wellbeing and assists healthy red blood cell production.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Adults - Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with 250 mL water, or as directed by your health professional.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Each capsule contains:
Crocus sativus (Saffron) (Affron®) - ext. dry conc. 15 mg, from stigma dry 45 mg;  

Salvia officinalis (Sage) (Sibelius® Sage) - ext. dry conc. 167 mg, from leaf dry 1.25 g equiv. Thujone 170 micrograms;  

Schisandra chinensis (Magnolia vine) ext. dry conc. 220 mg, from fruit dry 5.5 g;  

Levomefolate glucosamine (Quatrefolic®) 414.8 equiv. Levomefolic acid 230 micrograms.

Adira Peri is made using vegetarian hard capsules which are gluten-free, preservative-free and non-GMO Project verified.

Does not contain:
Fish, egg, peanuts, sesame, or tree nuts

Surprisingly

I have been putting up with premenopause for 8yrs and now menopause for the last 4 the sweating has been dreadful 😫 I couldn't touch my partner while we were in bed cause of that body heat. But no more partner today. I have been looking for something for a long time that does a number of things, not just one thing. I have to admit it's only been 2wks but I have noticed my mood has been more positive and the sweating has calmly settled down not so red faced around people. I have a few more capsules to go but I think it's working.

Great formulation

I was having trouble sleeping at night with my night sweats, as a result I was suffering poor sleep quality, and had some mood swings, so I started some research, I stumbled across Adira!
I love the formulation, sage and schisandra have worked amazingly well on my night sweats and saffron has helped my moods… I’ve been taking this for about 5-6 weeks now! Love it, the packaging is very discrete too! Highly recommend Adira!

Great natural alternative

I was looking around for something to help with early menopause and stumbled upon this little gem. Reluctant to go down the HRT track, I felt this was a safer option. One month in and seeing the results of better sleeping and more even moods. Definitely worth a try!

Loving it so far

Helpful for my symptoms

I started this product about 8 weeks ago when it first came out and I have found it helpful for my symptoms. Love the packaging and the fact it is Australian Made!
